Shop Policies

PLEASE READ: 

It is important to know your ring size as some rings cannot be resized. Most of the stones I use are very delicate and cannot be exposed to heat which means they cannot be sized down at all! Some rings can be stretched up a few sizes but not all! There are no returns on any collection pieces as others might have missed out due to your purchase! I however will try my best to work with you in hopes to find a way for you to wear any ring that you purchase and is too big! If the ring ends up being too small please send me an email at shopmisomia@gmail.com and if possible I will happily stretch it up to a size that fits better! 

-If you order a ring that is too small and needs to be sent back and sized up you will be responsible for shipping. However the sizing will be done for free! 

 

Returns and exchanges
ALL Misomia items are finale sale and are non refundable. However I offer repairs on any items purchased. I want you to wear your piece forever! 

Damage/Defective claims must be made via email shopmisomia@gmail.com and allow 10 business days for repairs to be made!  

Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and must be paid for by the customer, however when shipping back the shipping is purchased by me.

Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service.

I will ship items within 3 days after full payment has been received. Unless made to order. Please allow 2 weeks on all made to order items. 

First-Class Mail takes three days (after ship date) on average and three to five days to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Busiest Times
Anticipate slight delays during December, the busiest shipping time of the year. Plan your shipment ahead of time or request upgrade to Express Mail for shipping time-sensitive material during the holiday season.

Customs:

All custom orders take up to 4-6 weeks to be completed. Customs are NON-refundable as they are pieces specifically made for you.

The minimum value of a custom order must be $100+ and the deposit must be half of the products value. Deposits are NON-refundable. Deposits are booking you a slot of my time. Once you receive that slot I am unable to provide that time for another customer. You are buying that time. If for any reason you need to cancel a custom order, you are not responsible for paying the remaining total unless the order has been 100% completed.

 

Shipping:

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time, it varies depending on my volume of orders.

 

Tracking:

You may receive a shipping notification with tracking information. This does not necessarily mean your order has been shipped. Shipping labels can be created prior to the order being completed due to organizational reasons.

During the Holidays shipping may take longer as it is a busier time of year.

If you have not received your item after 5-7 weeks upon order date feel free to contact me for more information. However, please allow up to 5 weeks before contacting me as I have a high influx of emails and messages and may not be able to respond right away.

 

Sizing:

It is your responsibility to know your size. Rings can not be sized down. However, if you have a thicker band or a longer extravagant rings, It may need to be sized up as these rings tend to fit more snugly. Feel free to contact me for upsizing.
